1. I have to cancel a shoot that was assigned to me even if my updated calendar indicates I am not available during this time. Will you deduct points from my account?
After processing the cancellation using your app, a Snappr representative will review your request. If it is determined that there was an error in the booking process, no points will be deducted and no other penalties will apply.
2. What will happen to my account if I have to cancel shoots repeatedly?
Your account will temporarily be locked, and new shoots will not be assigned to you. Please review your account settings and ensure your availability, service type and shoot type specialities are correct before toggling back Available to take bookings in your Snappr Photographer app.
