How can I avoid being booked incorrectly?

Modified on Fri, Jun 20 at 4:00 AM

A canceled booking due to an issue with the shoot assignment, results in an unpleasant experience for both the customer and partner-photographer. To avoid this, we highly recommend keeping your Snappr account updated. Doing so would ensure that you would not receive bookings when you are not available or shoot types that you did not sign up for.

Avoid shoots that you would need to cancel by keeping your Snappr account updated. Follow the tips below:

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I have to cancel a shoot that was assigned to me even if my updated calendar indicates I am not available during this time. Will you deduct points from my account?

After processing the cancellation using your app, a Snappr representative will review your request. If it is determined that there was an error in the booking process, no points will be deducted and no other penalties will apply.

2. What will happen to my account if I have to cancel shoots repeatedly?

Your account will temporarily be locked, and new shoots will not be assigned to you. Please review your account settings and ensure your availability, service type and shoot type specialities are correct before toggling back Available to take bookings in your Snappr Photographer app.
