What if the customer is unresponsive?

If the customer does not answer when you call, or reply when you send them a text or chat message through the Snappr app, follow the steps below. 


Time before the shoot

More than 48 hours before the shoot

  • If the customer has not responded in 6 hours, you can open a support ticket.

48 hours or less before the shoot

  • If the customer has not responded in 1 hour, you can open a support ticket.
