What if a shoot needs to be canceled?

If the customer wants to cancel the shoot

  • The customer has to contact Snappr Support 

If you want to cancel the shoot

  1. Using your Snappr Photographer app, tap the shoots tab. 

  2. Choose the booking that you need to cancel. 

  3. In the shoot details section, tap the Request changes button. 

  4. Select I cannot do this shoot

  5. Select the reason for your cancellation and add additional details as necessary.

  6. Confirm the cancellation in the following screen. 

  7. Wait for an email confirming whether your request was accepted or rejected. 

Note: Canceling a shoot due to personal matters will result in a deduction of 20 Snappr points.
