Frequently Asked Questions
- When is the customer expecting the video?
The original footage should be uploaded within 24 hours of the shoot, as the customer should receive the edited video as early as 4 days after completion of the customization form. - Do I need to film in HD, Full HD, 4K or 8K?
We accept HD or Full HD. - Are there any specifics for FPS?
It depends on what you and the customer decide on, but we recommend 60fps. - Do I need to film on LUT, ProRes or normal video?

Let your customer know that another videographer or assistant is needed. You can also recommend that they extend the video shoot to accommodate their requirements. Pro tip: You can also coordinate with your customer and check if anyone on their team can help during the shoot (e.g. setting up). - The customer wants photos included in this shoot too. What should I do?
Advise the customer to book a separate photography shoot with you before or after the scheduled video shoot (if you are available).

Customers are allowed to shoot in multiple locations provided that:
- They are within your designated service area
- They have booked enough time for you to meet their shoot requirements at each location AND to travel in between these shoot locations.
We recommend checking with the customer during your initial call to see if their expectations can be met within the time originally booked. If more time is needed to meet their needs, you can request for a shoot extension directly from your app. Please note that they may still reject this request, in which case you should work with the client to adjust their expectations on what can be achieved during their booked time.
More complex shoots may require separate bookings for each location so if this is the case, please inform your customer to contact us as soon as possible.
