What should I do if I blocked off certain shoot types but still got assigned a shoot I don’t want to take?

If you were assigned a shoot type that you did not sign up for, you can report it and request changes to the booking using your photographer app. 

1. Using your Snappr Photographer app, click the shoots tab
2. Select the booking that you need to cancel
3. In the shoot details section, tap the Request changes button
4. Tap I cannot do this shoot
5. Select the reason for your cancellation from the drop down menu and add additional details as necessary
6. Confirm the cancellation in the following screen
7. Wait for an email confirming whether your request was accepted or rejected
