You can easily pay for shoots, additional services, or any extra costs incurred during a shoot through Snappr.
What are the available payment methods Snappr accepts?
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB, and debit cards that can be processed as credit cards
Apple Pay or Google Pay that can be processed as credit card payments
PayPal
When do I get charged for the shoot?
We require full payment upfront in order to secure your schedule and photographer.
If you have received an invoice for a booking made over the phone, email or chat, please note that the holding period will be 1 hour. Your schedule may be assigned to other customers if you are not able to settle the payment within the allocated time.
When do I get charged for additional services, shoot extensions or upgrades and other extra costs that I incurred?
You should settle the payment for any extra cost before the photos are delivered to you.
What if I am unable to complete a transaction?
Is your payment not going through? This can happen for a number of different reasons, including:
Your credit or debit card has expired
You’ve exceeded the daily withdrawal or purchase limit set by your bank or credit card company
Your PayPal, credit or debit card doesn’t have sufficient funds to make the payment
To complete your transaction, contact your bank or credit card company for more information.
Can I pay outside of Snappr?
Off-platform payments are a violation of our Terms of Service, and can result in removal from the Snappr platform for both photographer and customer. Transacting outside the platform makes it harder for us to protect you from certain situations such as photographer no-shows. This also puts you at greater risk of fraud, and other security issues.
Can I give a tip to my photographer?
Tipping is a great way to show appreciation for your photographer! You can easily give a tip by processing an extra payment on top of your package price. Snappr will not take a cut from these transactions! 100% of your tips goes directly to your photographers.
I want to delete my payment details (e.g. credit card, PayPal information) after the shoot is completed. How can I do that?
