Welcome to Snappr!
In this guide we will learn how we can help our customers book professional photographers online through the Snappr app. Users may also download the mobile app through the Google Play Store or Apple Store
Let’s get started! Booking through the app can be completed in a few simple steps:
1. Select the type of shoot and the purpose of your shoot
2. Choose what you’d like to shoot (In this example, we are booking a shoot for my pet)
3. Select the location of where the shoot will be held and the location details of where you would like to meet your photographer
4. Select the duration of the shoot, as well as the package you prefer*
5. Choose your preferred date and time for the shoot
6. Select from the list of available photographers* for your preferred shoot type and date/time.
You may also view their sample portfolios, their customer ratings and how many clients have booked them in the past.
*There will be a maximum of 3 photographers to choose from
7. Finalize your booking by inputting your preferred payment method (We accept credit cards, PayPal and G pay8
.
8. Once the payment is complete, there is an optional page where you can provide briefing notes or details for your photographer to help them prepare for the shoot.
You may also include sample photos to give your photographer a better idea on the style you prefer, and you’re done!
Some information to keep in mind:
- For first-time users, adding their email address will automatically create a Snappr account. They would need to go through the password reset steps in order to choose their password.
- Customers would also need to verify their contact number using an OTP (One Time Password). Advise that they use a number that is active and where they can be readily reached
- Encourage customers to use the briefing notes page to provide style preferences to the photographer. Making sure that the customer and photographer are aligned on shoot expectations, before, during and after the shoot is key to client satisfaction!
