What if I can't contact my customer?

Snappr Shoots

If you have reached out to the customer and have not heard back, please follow the steps below.

Time before the shootSteps
More than 48 hours before the shoot
  1. If the customer does not answer when you call, send them a text message and a chat thru Snappr app
  2. If the customer has not responded in 6 hours, reach out to support and submit a ticket
48 hours or less before the shoot
  1. If the customer does not answer when you call, send them a text message and a chat thru Snappr app
  2. If the customer has not responded in 1 hour, reach out to support and submit a ticket

 

Snappr Workflows

For bookings that can be rescheduled via the Snappr Photographer app

  1. Choose Request changes
  2. Choose Customer cannot be reached
  3. Follow the on screen prompts 
  4. Select Trigger an automated callback message. Snappr will send an automated message to them through the app requesting they contact you. 
  5. Verify how much time you have before the shoot
