We’ve made it easy for you to connect with your customer and discuss your shoot details using your Snappr Photographer app!
Call or Send a Text
Tap the call icon on your shoot dashboard to call or send text messages to your customer.
NOTE: The phone number used on your app to contact your client is NOT their actual number.
- We assign a masked phone number that will be used during the entire booking to protect you and your customer's privacy. This number will remain active until your photos are turned over to the customer.
- Once the photos are submitted, you will NOT be able to use this number to contact your customer. If you need to contact your customer after your booking is completed, it should be done via Help Center, with both parties reaching out to support.
In-App Chat
You can also use the In-App chat to connect with Snappr Shoots and some Snappr Workflows customer by tapping the message icon on your shoot dashboard or by tapping the Messages tab.
