Rescheduling a shoot can be done thru the Snappr Dashboard or app. The steps will depend on who wants to reschedule the shoot.
If the customer wants to reschedule the shoot
Ask them to reschedule the shoot on their Snappr Dashboard.
Just note that if you’re not available on the new date and time, the customer may be asked to choose another photographer.
If you want to reschedule the shoot
Before processing any change, ensure that you have informed the customer via chat or call already.
On your Dashboard, choose the booking you want to reschedule then tap on Request changes.
Choose I need to reschedule due to my needs, then tap I have spoken with the customer.
From the list on the screen, select the reason why you want to reschedule the booking
Choose the new date and time of the shoot, then confirm the schedule.
The customer can either approve or reject the request. You will both receive confirmation via chat, push notification and email once the request is approved or rejected.
