The customer may decide to extend the shoot after the initial booking. Or after discussing the details of the shoot, you may think you need more time to execute the customer’s vision. If both you and the customer agree to upgrade or extend the shoot, follow the steps below.
Via the Snappr Photographer App
- Go to your Dashboard and choose the relevant booking
- Tap Request changes
- Choose Customer needs to change duration
- Choose how much additional time you will need then confirm the request
- Once you submit the request, the customer will receive a notification. The customer can either approve and then pay the amount or reject the request.
- You will receive confirmation thru chat when your request is approved or rejected.
Via the Customer’s Dashboard
The customer can also request a shoot extension on their Dashboard. Once they have successfully processed and paid for the extension, the update will be visible on your side as well.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Before requesting for a shoot extension, ensure that the customer agrees and is aware that there will be an additional charge.
- If the customer initiated the extension and you are not available, the shoot may have to be rescheduled. Alternatively, the customer may choose another photographer to work with.
