I forgot my password! How do I reset it?

Follow the steps below to reset your password. 

1. On the login page, click on Forgot or don’t have a password?
2. On the next page, type your email address and click on Reset password or Email me a magic login link
3. Instructions will be sent to your email. Check your Spam folder if you do not see the email right away. 

Note: If you cannot remember the email address you used when you signed up, open a support ticket by utilizing our chat function.

1. Go to https://www.snappr.com/
2. Click Chat Support on the lower right side of the screen.
3. Select It’s something else.
4. From the dropdown menu, select I forgot my password and can’t log in.
   
   
5. After reading the options, choose I still need help.
