How do I download and share my Snappr photos?

You can download photos using your PC or Mac after the photoshoot has been tagged as completed.

All-Inclusive Shoots
You can simply go to your gallery and download your photos. 

1. Log in to your Snappr account.
2. Go to your portal.
3. Select the relevant photoshoot.
4. Go to the Images tab to see all the photos in your gallery.
5. Click Download to save your photos. 
   

 Notes:

• Clicking Download allows you to save your whole gallery as a .zip file.
• You can now download selected photos. Choose the photos of your liking then click Download.
• When you click the photo, you will see the download image icon at the upper left corner of the popup image.
  
  

Value Shoots
You have a limited number of photos included in your package. You will have to choose which photos you would like to download from your gallery. 

You can download additional photos from your gallery by following these steps:

1. From your gallery, select the additional photos you would like to download.
2. Click on the Cart icon on the upper-left corner of each photo.
3. Click the Snappr button on the lower-right corner of the screen to purchase the photos.

Notes: 

• Only the person who booked the shoot will be able to purchase additional photos.
• At present, it is not possible to download photos using your mobile phone.

Sharing your photos
You can share photos directly to any social media platform such as Facebook and Instagram, right from your gallery.

• Go to your gallery and click on Share. This turns your gallery from private to public.
• Anyone with the link to your gallery may view your photos if it’s set to public.
