What if I’m unhappy with the quality of my photos after my shoot?

If you are unhappy with the quality of your photos, our in-house Quality Assurance Team can work with your photographer to come up with a solution for issues related, but not limited to, the following:

  • Blurry photos
  • Poor lighting
  • Overexposure/underexposure

Follow these steps to submit a request:

  1. Go to the Snappr Help Center at https://app.snappr.com/help. You may need to log in to your Snappr account.
  2. Click Get Help with a Booking. Select the booking you need help with.
  3. Click My Photos then Photo quality disputes. 
  4. Provide details and add attachments as proof. Click Send Message.

Note: Refund requests due to photo quality dispute are subject to review. Requests made 5 days after the photos are made available to you will not be eligible for a refund.
