What is Snappr videography?

Videography is a standalone product that will initially be available in

This service will allow you to:

• Book a professional videographer in less than 2 minutes

• Request professional editing services

• Receive the video in as early as 4 calendar days

Snappr videographers are pre-vetted and have professional-grade videography equipment. Each videographer will have their own:

• Professional DSLR/ mirrorless camera for high resolution recordings

• Gimbal to stabilize the camera and not record shakiness

• Tripod to balance the camera (as needed)

• Microphone or audio recorder to record sound (as needed)

1. How much will a videography session cost?
   The cost will depend on the video duration and  the services you will choose upon booking. 

2. When will I receive the edited video?
   You will receive the edited video in 4-7 calendar days. 

3. How will the video be shared with me?
   You will receive an email with a link to your video once it is ready for download. 

4. Can I book a shoot that includes photography and videography?

You can book each service separately.

5. Can I select photos to be converted into a video reel?
   That is not a service we offer at this time.

6. How long can I book a videographer for?
   You can book a videographer for 1-8 hours. It all depends on your video requirements and style preferences. 

7. What if I don’t like my video?
   You will be asked to review the video once it is ready. Our editors will work with you to meet your video requirements and style preferences. 

8. Who owns the rights to the video?

You own the rights to the video. 

9. Will I be able to view the videographer’s portfolio?
   You can ask them to provide you a link to their video portfolio. Otherwise, you can check their photography portfolio. It will give you an idea of their style, and quality of work.

10. I have a large event coming up. Can I book multiple videographers for the event?
    You can create a booking for each videographer that you will need.

11. My videographer said that they will need an assistant for the shoot. Do I need to pay extra?
    If there are additional expenses (e.g. toll, prop rentals, shoot assistant), discuss them with your videographer. The videographer will send a payment request for you to approve. 

12. How do I make changes to my booking?
    You can make changes to your booking on your dashboard. Applicable fees will apply.

    Note: We suggest that you coordinate with your videographer if you want to make changes to your booking. 

13. What is your cancellation policy?
    Depending on when notice is given, a cancellation fee will be applied to ensure that our videographers are fairly compensated for the time blocked from their schedules. You may review our Terms of Service for more information on our cancellation policy

14. I only need video editing services. Can I book this service with Snappr? 
    That is not a service we offer at this time.

15. This is the first time I booked videography services? What should I prepare?
    These are the things that we suggest you prepare for and consider:

    • Secure relevant venue permits or permission

    • Ensure that the cast of you video is available 

    • Consider a back-up location in case of inclement weather

    • Be specific when providing instructions to your videographer and/or editor

16. How do I extend my video shoot?

Extensions could be processed on your dashboard. However, we recommend that you coordinate with your videographer and verify if they can accommodate the extension. If the videographer is unable to accommodate the shoot extension, reach out to a Support Specialist and we will work with you for the best course of action.

Note: The minimum duration for shoot extension is 1 hour.

17. Can I book a videography session in multiple locations?

Yes, you can. We suggest checking with your videographer if the video shoot duration you chose can accommodate multiple location changes, or if you would have to process an extension. Also, do note that your videographer works within a given service area. If the shoot will require them to travel outside their service area, additional fees may apply.
