Do I get compensated when customers cancel?

Modified on Thu, Jun 19 at 8:13 PM

We understand how frustrating cancellations are for everyone, especially photographers. If a customer reschedules or cancels a shoot, you may be compensated depending on how late Snappr was notified. For short notice reschedules, you will only get a one time payment per booking.

A few things to keep in mind:

  1. There may be a delay between the customer notifying Snappr and/or Snappr notifying the photographer on cancellation. The notice is based on the timing of the customer informing the support team.
  2. Snappr reserves the right to waive the reschedule/cancellation fee for a customer under certain circumstances (e.g. when it’s necessary to ensure repeat bookings from a new customer) When the fee is waived, you will not receive additional compensation for rescheduled or canceled shoots.
  3. Do not force customers to cancel their bookings to secure compensation. This is against our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.
