We understand how frustrating cancellations are for everyone, especially photographers. If a customer reschedules or cancels a shoot, you may be compensated depending on how late Snappr was notified. For short notice reschedules, you will only get a one time payment per booking.
A few things to keep in mind:
- There may be a delay between the customer notifying Snappr and/or Snappr notifying the photographer on cancellation. The notice is based on the timing of the customer informing the support team.
- Snappr reserves the right to waive the reschedule/cancellation fee for a customer under certain circumstances (e.g. when it’s necessary to ensure repeat bookings from a new customer) When the fee is waived, you will not receive additional compensation for rescheduled or canceled shoots.
- Do not force customers to cancel their bookings to secure compensation. This is against our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.
