What if a customer from Snappr refers my services to their friend or family member? Do they have to book through Snappr?

As indicated in our Terms of Service, you will need to complete the booking and upload the photos to your Snappr account. Once a client books a photographer through Snappr, regardless if they worked together in the past, they will need to continue working together exclusively through Snappr.
