What are the post-processing requirements for Snappr shoots?

Post processing begins right after the completion of the shoot. Please see additional details below:

1. Photographers are expected to deliver photos on time to fulfill our promise to our customers. 

For photographer-edited shoots, you are required to submit the edited photos within the timeframe specified below

  • Event and party shoots - within 72 hours of the shoot
  • Wedding shoots - within 96 hours of the shoot
  • All other shoots - turnaround time is within 48 hours of the shoot

For Snappr-edited shoots such as Real Estate and Enterprise shoots, you should submit the RAW photos within 24 hours of the shoot.


2. Post-processing

US and AUS 

The following shoots are centrally edited by Snappr’s in-house editing team:

  • Enterprise shoots
  • Real estate and product shots 

All other shoots are edited by the photographer. 

All other countries (except US and AUS)

One hundred percent of shoots are Snappr-edited. Our in-house editing team will edit each shoot to ensure consistency. Our high quality, full-time editors are trained to edit according to each client's unique post-production requirements.

Editing of a typical Snappr shoot includes image enhancement, color correction, cropping and resizing. Snappr shoots also cover adjusting the exposure, lighting, white balance (temperature and tint), contrast of the image, size, and dimensions of the photos.) – food lighting, props, etc. 


Frequently Asked Questions

1. If I live in a location where Snappr’s in-house team edits the photos, am I able to get a copy of the high-quality edits that are sent to the client?

No, but you can request permission to use the photos by contacting support with the shoot details.

2. For the shoots where I need to edit on my own, do I have to use Lightroom to edit my photos? 

No, you do not. You can use any photo processing program that you want as long as the photos meet the client's file requirements. It is your responsibility to make the photos look good and match the customer's requirements.
