What if I encounter these issues during the shoot?

  1. What if the shoot takes longer than expected?
If you feel that the scope of work cannot be accomplished within the allocated time, let the customer know during the pre-shoot call. Inform them that they can extend or upgrade their shoot in advance.
  2. What if the shoot has already started and it will take longer than the allotted time?
If the shoot has already started, address the issue as soon as it becomes apparent. Talk to the customer and ask them if they'd like to make-do with the time remaining or extend. If the customer wishes to extend and you are available, ask them to immediately contact us with details of their extension and request to charge their payment method.
We do not recommend doing overtime unless the customer has completed the above step, because there is no guarantee of payment once the shoot is completed.
  3. What if I can't find the location of the shoot?
We suggest calling the customer ahead of time to discuss the details of the meeting point, especially if you are not familiar with the shoot location.
