What additional services can I offer to my client?

Additional services or services outside the scope of your Snappr shoot can be provided to a non-Enterprise customer provided they asked and the additional cost was agreed upon by both parties.

Here are some examples of additional services customers often ask for:

  • Special editing such as removal of background, blemishes, and/or other distractions
  • Drone services
  • Videography
  • Use of additional or special equipment (e.g. backdrops or props) that need to be rented 

We can process the payments for these additional services on your behalf by charging the client and adding the extra charge to your payment for the booking. Simply follow these steps using your Snappr Photographer app: 

  1. Go to the Shoots tab from your Snappr Photographer app and then select the relevant booking. Then tap Request Changes.
  2. Tap I need to request additional payment from the customer. 
  3. Provide the type of additional payment (parking, gratuity, editing etc.), indicate the specific details and the total amount. Then double check and confirm the request.
  4. Once you submit the request, the customer will receive a notification to approve or reject it via the booking chat. You can see this notification in your chat as well. 
  5. The customer can either approve and then pay the amount or reject the request. You will receive confirmation in the chat when your request is approved or rejected.

NOTE: This feature is not available for Enterprise shoots as the scope of all Enterprise shoots are standardized ahead of time.
