Does Snappr charge an extra fee when clients are in need of retouching?

If a customer requests additional services currently not included within the scope of Snappr Shoots (e.g. retouching, deep-etching), we can facilitate the transaction for you. Simply follow these steps using your Snappr Photographer app: 

Note: This feature is NOT available for Snappr Workflows. 

  1. Go to the Shoots tab from your Snappr Photographer app and then select the relevant booking. Then tap Request Changes.
  2. Tap I need to request additional payment from the customer. 
  3. Provide the type of additional payment (retouching, editing), indicate the specific details and the total amount. Then double check and confirm the request.
  4. Once you submit the request, the customer will receive a notification to approve or reject it via the booking chat. You can see this notification in your chat as well. 
  5. The customer can either approve and then pay the amount or reject the request. You will receive confirmation in the chat when your request is approved or rejected.
