What if my client speaks a language I don't understand?

Modified on Thu, Jun 19 at 6:51 PM

We try to accommodate customers and photographers from all sorts of backgrounds and with all kinds of needs. If your customer speaks a language you do not understand, try to communicate with them in a text format. Initially, ask how they would like to communicate on the day of the shoot. Suggest that they ask a friend or family member to translate during the shoot.

In short, do everything you can to make them feel comfortable, and to make sure you have a way of communicating on the day of the shoot.
