If your customer is a no-show, please verify that you are at the correct location. If you are, contact us immediately. We will attempt to reach out to the customer using all their contact information on file.
In the meantime:
- Stay put for 1 hour or for the duration of the shoot (whichever is longer). Feel free to leave after this period.
- If it turns out that the customer was at fault, you will be paid in full for the shoot.
