I received an email indicating Gallery Non-Compliance. What does this mean?

Each shoot type or Workflows partner has a shoot guide that has to be followed. If a photographer misses anything from the shoot guide, it will be reported as Gallery Non-Compliance (GNC). If this happens to a booking assigned to you, you will receive an email indicating which photos you missed to upload. See sample email below.

Some things to remember:

  • Avoid instances of GNC by studying and complying with the shoot guide linked to the booking.
  • If you receive a GNC email, upload the missing photos as soon as possible to the corresponding gallery.
  • Contact Snappr Support if you have questions or concerns regarding the GNC email.
