What if the customer needs to put their shoot on hold?

The customer will have to contact support if they want to place the shoot on indefinite hold. 

 

Snappr Workflows

For bookings that can be place on hold via the Snappr Photographer app

  1. Verify with the customer that they do not have a specific date or time they want to move the shoot to 
  2. Choose the booking from your Dashboard
  3. Click on Request changes
  4. Then select Customer is not ready for a shoot
  5. Tap on Customer is unsure about availability
  6. Provide details as to why this shoot is being placed on hold and select Continue
  7. Next, provide a follow-up date when the customer would like to be contacted to reschedule their shoot. Select a date and choose Continue
  8. Review the confirmation message, then choose Confirm changes. This shoot is now on hold

For bookings that cannot be placed on hold via the Snappr Photographer app

  • You can contact Support and explain that the customer asked to place the shoot on hold indefinitely. 
  • Alternatively, you may also ask the customer to contact their representative immediately. The representative can help update the booking.
