What if a shoot requires equipment that I do not have?

The photographer is responsible for all other expenses unless the customer agrees to pay for them. If the shoot requires additional expenditure for equipment, please ensure the customer is aware and willing to cover the extra cost. 


  • If the customer agrees to cover the additional cost, ask them to contact us to confirm. Submit receipts or any proof of payment so that we can invoice the customer and pay you. 


  • If the customer does not agree to cover the additional cost and you cannot proceed with the shoot, let us know. We will assign the shoot to another photographer who has the needed equipment.
