How do I opt out of shoot types I don't want to receive?

If you don’t want to receive bookings from specific shoot types, you can easily manage this from the Portfolio screen on your desktop web dashboard.

Here’s how to opt out of shoot types:

1. Go to your Snappr desktop web dashboard.

2. Click the Portfolio tab to view the different specialties you can tag under your profile. You will see all the different shoot specialties you can add or remove from your profile.

3. To disable a shoot type, just click the shoot type which you don’t want to receive any shoots for and click the camera icon at the upper right.

4. Click Yes, disable this specialty to confirm. The shoot type will automatically have a red label tagged as DISABLED.

This will prevent any customer from booking you for this specialty, even if there are no other specialists available for their shoot.

5. If you want to receive bookings again for this specialty, simply click Enable specialty.
