How do I deliver my virtual tour to the customer?

Submitting Virtual Tours Only 

If you were booked for a virtual tour only shoot, you will need to paste the virtual tour link in the shoot in your Photographer Dashboard.

  1. Upload the virtual tour to the Snappr account from the Matterport Capture app.
  2. Access the Photographer Dashboard from your desktop and select the shoot.
  3. Select the Virtual Tour tab.
  4. Open the Snappr account on Matterport's website and select the scan you just uploaded.
  5. Select Share and Invite. 
  6. Select Anyone with the link can view and copy the link.
  7. Return to the Virtual Tour tab in your Dashboard, select Paste link here, paste the link, then Save. 
  8. A preview of the virtual tour will appear, select Submit Package.

Submitting a Virtual Tour and Photos 

If you were booked for a virtual tour and still photography shoot, you will need to paste the virtual tour link and upload the RAW unedited photos to the shoot in your Photographer Dashboard. 

 

First upload your virtual tour by repeating steps 1-7 from above. Next, upload the RAW unedited photos from the shoot by following the steps below:

  1. Select the Photos tab and drag and drop your unedited RAW images.
  2. Click upload and wait for the images to finish uploading.
  3. Double check all images have been uploaded and the Virtual Tour has been added.
  4. Click Submit Package.

NOTE: It is important that you upload the virtual tour first, before the photos. Otherwise you may run into issues uploading your virtual tour.
