How do I upload a virtual tour scan to Matterport?

Uploading the scan to Matterport

For Virtual Tour only bookings you will need to upload your scan to the Snappr Matterport account. 

Follow these steps to make sure you have no issues with your virtual tour upload:

1. Accept the invitation you will receive in an email to Snappr's Matterport account.
2. Open your Matterport Capture app.
3. Select the navigation bar on the top left. 
4. Select the email associated with your Snappr account to go to the Account page.
5. Under Account you will see Organization. Click into it and select the Snappr account.
6. Return to the main menu and and select the large plus icon to start a new scan.
7. Input the address of the space and select Save.
8. Begin your scan.
9. When complete, select Upload on the top right.
