Why do I need to update my name?

Your name is your personal brand on Snappr.

Consistently improving the quality of your Snappr profile is a MUST. One helpful way in building a strong presence in the digital world and creating a positive mark to your audience is maintaining a high quality and professional looking account.

Here are some guidelines to follow when updating your name:

1. Use proper capitalization. Capitalize the first letter of your first and last name. Below are some samples.
   ✓ Marge Escano
   ✓ Denice Zhu
   
2. Avoid writing in ALL CAPS, small letters or inconsistent capitalization. Below are incorrect ways to update your name.
   ✗ MARGE ESCANO
   ✗ denice zhu
   ✗ MaRgE EsCanO
3. Avoid using company names, pseudonyms or unprofessional names. Check the samples below.
   ✗ Snappr Inc.
   ✗ Maggs Photography
   
   

Here’s how you can update your name on your Snappr Photographer app:

1. Tap the Menu icon (Your Photo)
2. Tap on Profile
3. You can now update your Profile Info such as name, email and phone number
4. Tap Update Details when you're done making changes.
