If a customer rebooks, why is it not assigned to me?

Snappr does not assign photographers, we match them with customers, based on their preferences and requirements. Ultimately, customers choose the photographer they want to work with. If you have worked with a customer in the past, they have the option to rebook you if they choose to. 

Here are some reasons why the customer did not rebook with you.

  • You were unavailable at their desired date and time
  • The shoot location is outside your service area
  • The shoot type they chose is not part of your portfolio
  • They may have wanted to try and work with a different photographer
