How can I update my personal information?

You can easily update your name and phone number by following the steps below. 

1. Login to your Snappr account.
2. Click on your name on the upper right side of the screen.
3. Select Account Information from the drop down menu.
    
4. On the next screen, you can change your first and last name and mobile number.
   Note: Once you update the mobile number associated with your Snappr account, you will be asked to enter a verification code. You can also opt for a verification call instead.
   
   
5. Click Update details.

• Open a support ticket if you want to update your email address on file. Our support specialists will ensure that your email address is correct and complete, to avoid any issues when booking or retrieving a shoot.
