How to reschedule
1. Go to your dashboard.
2. Select the shoot you want to reschedule.
3. Click the pencil icon near the date and time of the shoot.
4. Select the new date and time of the shoot.
- Note: When rescheduling the shoot, the calendar will only show the date and time the photographer is available. If the available date and time do not work for you, contact support and we will assist you.
5. Confirm the new date and time, then pay the reschedule fee when applicable.
6. A notification will be sent to your photographer.
Note: Rescheduling a shoot may incur fees, depending on when you notify Snappr.
How to cancel
You can open a support ticket and we will assist you.
