We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your photoshoot. You have different options, depending on when you notify us of your request.

When did I notify Snappr of my request?

Options

14 days or more from the shoot date

  • You can reschedule, cancel, or place the shoot on hold indefinitely without a fee.
  • If you choose to cancel or place the shoot on hold, you will be given Snappr credits which you can use for a different shoot.

Less than 14 days from the shoot date, but more than 24 hours from the shoot date

  • You can reschedule, cancel, or place the shoot on hold indefinitely for a $20 fee.
  • If you choose to cancel or place the shoot on hold, you will be given Snappr credits which you can use for a different shoot.

Less than 24 hours from the shoot date

  • Rescheduling, relocating, canceling, and/or placing the shoot on hold indefinitely will no longer be possible.

A note on weather:

We advise that you factor in the weather when you schedule a shoot, especially for outdoor venues. You can ask your photographer for recommended shoot locations in case the weather deteriorates.

Should your shoot be affected by weather conditions, contact us for available options.
