Less than 24 hours from the shoot dateChanging the location of the shoot will no longer be possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We advise that the new location is within the same vicinity or area as your original location. You may incur additional charges depending on conditions of the new shoot location (e.g., travel fees, parking fees, etc.)

Follow these steps to change the shoot location on your Snappr app:

  1. Inform your photographer about the location change. It is best to inform your photographer first-hand about the location change. You may contact them via the in-app chat feature.
  2. If the photographer is willing to accommodate the location change, go to your dashboard and follow these steps:
    • Select the shoot you want to update.
    • Under Shoot details, click the pencil icon next to the original location.
    • Type the address and other details of the new location.
    • Confirm the new location of the shoot, and pay the fee if necessary.
    • A notification will be sent to your photographer.
  3. If the photographer cannot accommodate the location change, here are some options to consider:
    • Reschedule the shoot.
    • Open a support ticket so we can assist with selecting a new photographer.
