Frequently Asked Questions
- What if I inform Snappr of the shoot type change within 24 hours of the booking?
Due to the short notice, no change can be made within 24 hours of the shoot. In this case, please work with your photographer regarding the new shoot type. Please give them clear and precise instructions on how you’d like the images to be captured, and have realistic expectations on the output as your photographer may not be familiar with the new shoot type.
- If I was able to request the change more than 24 hours before the original booking, can the new photographer accommodate the shoot type?
Your current photographer may not be sufficiently skilled in the new shoot type. In this case, contact us and we'll work with you and look for a different photographer.
Snappr’s policies on refunds and booking changes are automatically sent to your email address after you book a shoot with us. Alternatively, you may also check our Terms of Service.
