What if I need to extend the shoot?

Shoot extensions require additional payment to compensate photographers for the extra time. If you realize you need more time after you’ve already paid for the booking, coordinate with your photographer to confirm if they can accommodate the shoot extension. 

If the photographer is available, follow these steps. 

1. Go to your dashboard
2. Select the shoot you want to extend
3. Click Upgrade your shoot
4. Using the button, select how many hours you want to extend the shoot
5. Process the payment for the shoot extension
6. The new shoot duration will show up on your dashboard

Alternatively, you can ask the photographer to process the shoot extension for you. You will then need to approve the extension and settle the payment. 

If the photographer cannot accommodate the shoot extension, open a support ticket so we can look for available options. 

Note: The minimum duration for shoot extensions is 30 minutes.
