How can I track the status of my Snappr Prints order?

As of July 2025, we have stopped offering Snap Prints as part of our services.


While photo printing is longer be available directly through Snappr, you will continue to receive all your photos in high resolution and can use them with any printing service of your choice.


If your Prints order have been processed before July 2025, you will still be able to track its delivery progress. 

  1. If the status of your Prints order is Shipped, you will receive information on the logistics provider assigned to your order (UPS, Fedex or USPS). 
  2. Retrieve the tracking number and visit the UPS, Fedex or USPS websites to track the delivery of your Prints order.

Things to remember

  • It can take up to 3 days from order submission for the photos to be printed, and for the order status to change from Printing to Shipped. 
  • Delivery timeframe will depend on your shipping address. For any concerns regarding the delivery, please contact the logistics provider assigned to your order using these channels:
