How can I contact my photographer?

Your photographer will reach out to you at least 24 hours before the shoot to go over the shoot details. However, if you need to get in touch with your photographer earlier, you can contact them using the chat feature in the Snappr app.

1. Go to your dashboard and choose your upcoming shoot.
2. Click Chat and connect with your photographer

Note: If you have already reached out to your photographer via the in-app chat and they are unresponsive, contact us for help.

You can also trigger a message to let the photographer know that you are waiting for their call. 

1. Go to your dashboard and choose your upcoming shoot.
2. Go to Details. 
3. Scroll down and tap Click here to trigger a message to [photographer name] to let them know you would like a call.
