Who resolves disputes between client and photographer?

Disputes such as but not limited to the customer claiming the quality of the photos did not meet their expectations, or the photographer saying the shoot took longer than the customer originally paid for may be raised by either parties. 


If this happens, Snappr has sole discretion to make the final decision. Snappr will independently and thoroughly review the case to come up with a resolution that is objective and fair.
